How quickly can I get started with KloudSec?
You can connect your cloud account and run your first scan in under 5 minutes. On AWS, for example, you sign up, connect via a read-only CloudFormation stack, and click "Start Scan." No agents, no complex setup required.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required. You can upgrade to a paid plan anytime during or after the trial.
What cloud permissions does KloudSec need?
KloudSec only ever requires read-only permissions to scan your environment. On AWS, for example, we provide a CloudFormation template that creates an IAM role with the minimum required permissions. We never need write access to your infrastructure.
How often does KloudSec scan my environment?
You can schedule automated scans daily, weekly, or on-demand. Most customers run scans daily to catch new issues quickly. Enterprise customers can configure continuous monitoring.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We follow industry best practices for data security. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We never store sensitive data like credentials or secrets. Your data is stored in EU data centers with processing following strict security protocols. Read our security page for complete details.
Can I integrate KloudSec with my existing tools?
Yes. KloudSec integrates with Slack, Microsoft Teams, PagerDuty, and GitHub, and supports SSO with Okta today (Auth0, Ping Identity, and Keycloak coming soon). Check our integrations page for the full list.
What kind of support do you offer?
All plans include email support and access to our documentation. Pro plans add live chat support. Enterprise plans get dedicated Slack channels, phone support, and a dedicated customer success manager.
Do you support multi-cloud environments?
Today KloudSec covers AWS in depth (400+ checks across 90+ services). Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure are coming very soon. Contact us to be notified the moment they're available.
